Swedish FA web site (
click here to have a look!) at the beginning of July, with regard to the
Swedish Futsal National Team which would finally be ready to turn into reality. As stated in the article
Sweden could play their first international futsal game before the end of the year. A first training stage featuring four keeper and twenty field players will be held in November 2-4 at Bosön (a sports complex on Lidingö outside Stockholm according to Wikipedia!), then a "real and historical challenge" against
Norway or
Finland could work as absolute debut.
Wondering which is the second news? As reported to Futsalplanet.com by
Per Broberg (SvFF's project manager for futsal), a
Swedish Futsal National League could start since the season 2013/2014. Nothing is confirmed by now, but the Swedish FA is working on it in order to change and improve the current format of the competition (SM Futsal). Let's wait and good news will come for sure!
