The NationFutsal World Cup draw on FridayThe draw for the Fifa Futsal World Cup finals, kicks off in November in Bangkok, will be held on Friday.
Hosts Thailand, who lost to Japan in the final of the Asian Futsal Championship earlier this year, will be among 24 teams keen to know about their fate in the draw to be held at St Regis Hotel. The teams will be divided into six groups of four in the preliminary round, with the sport's traditional powerhouses, Spain and Brazil, among the top seeds.
During the draw, the tournament's organising committee will launch the World Cup's official song. A friendly between Thailand and Spain will also be held later in the day at Nimibutr Stadium before the two sides meet again at Korat Chatchai Hall in Nakhon Ratchasima on Sunday.
Tickets for Thailand v Spain game at Nimibutr Stadium are priced at Bt100, 200 and 300, while the ticket price for the Nakhon Ratchasima fixture is fixed at Bt100. All are available at thaiticketmajor.com.
