NBR FC edged Betong FC to emerge as Lawas futsal champion

LIMBANG: NBR FC defeated Betong FC 2-0 in a hotly contested final to walk away with the coveted Kronos Trophy of the Lawas Futsal Closed Tournament.As champion, NBR FC also bag cash prize of RM1,000 and a set of jerseys for the team while Betong FC received RM700 and a set of futsal jerseys too. Joint third place teams, KDKL and DIN’s FC, each won RM400 and a set of jerseys.

A total of 24 teams participated in the Closed Lawas Futsal tournament which was organised by Mega Futsal Lawas and held at the Lawas Futsal Mega Hall.

Prizes were presented to the winners by Lawas Futsal Mega Hall manager, Councilor Liaw Ho Peng.
