Sabah ladies crush S'gor MPPJ 7-3

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah women's team crushed Selangor MPPJ 7-3 in their Group A match of the National Futsal League FELDA/FAM held in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday morning.

The team which was given the challenge by Datin Malianah Ugau who is the head of the women's committee in Sabah FA to finish in the top four position in their group A preliminary round was 2-3 down in the first half.

The two first half goals were scored by Rozeini Dosileh and Marcella Ramli.

The team came back strongly after the restart with Lovelytha Jelus scoring the equaliser followed by goals from Esliah Esar, Rozeini, Eslilah again and finally by Petronella Douny.

The team's next match will be against Kedah today.

At the last outing in December, the team defeated Perlis 2-0 but lost to defending champion Selangor team 0-2.
