Cascade Futbol Club starts indoor soccer program

The Salem-based Cascade Futbol Club is starting a futsal program of indoor five-on-a-side soccer at The Hoop.

The club is organizing a youth training academy which will have Friday night sessions in Fedbruary and March.

U6-U8 players train from 5-6 p.m. and U9-U11 practice from 6-7 p.m. The registration deadline for the February sessions is Jan. 27 and it is Feb. 24 for the March program.

The cost is $30 for the full session or $10 to drop in for one night. Players can register online at cascadefc.com.

Youth and adult futsal leagues also are being organized. Both leagues will have eight-game seasons and play on Friday nights. Email Collin Box at collin@cascadefc.com if you are interested. The youth league costs $275 per team and the adult league costs $300.
