Don BurgessMONDAY, DECEMBER 19: Robin Hood’s perfect record in the Women’s Futsal League was spoiled when PHC managed to hold them to a draw this weekend at the Bermuda College gym.
The Hood scored a goal from Dante Allen while Aliyah Nolan hit the back of the neck for PHC. Nolan’s goal gives her five for the season, third best in the league.
Both teams played stout defence in the second half to keep the game knotted at 1.
The Hood now has 10 points from four games while PHC moved into second with seven points.
Dandy Stars Two 5, Social Club 3Cleashaunay Darrell-Virgil had a brace to lead Dandy Stars Two team to a two-goal victory over Social Club. Atiya Symonds, Isarell Wolf and Jenay Edness all had goals in the winning cause.
Satyrah Robinson’s hat trick for Social Club went to waste in the loss.
Dandy Stars One 7, HWPC 0Precious Cooper led the way for Stars as she netted a hat trick. Her club was in seventh heaven with a big victory over the Hot Peppers.
Zareh Gibbons had two goals while K'Sheala Burch-Waldron and Rayni Maybury had single tallies in the 7-0 win.
North Village was off this week.
The Women’s Futsal League will be on break for the Christmas period and return to action on Saturday, January 7.
