AFC Futsal C'ship 2012: S&C Q'fiers confirmed

Kuala Lumpur: AFC has confirmed the kick-off times and venue for the AFC Futsal Championship 2012 South and Central Qualifiers.

The matches will be held as follows:

25 November 2011
Turkmenistan vs Maldives, at 11:30hrs
Kyrgyzstan vs Tajikistan, at 14:30hrs

26 November 2011
Maldives vs Kyrgyzstan, at 11:30hrs
Tajikistan vs Turkmenistan, at 14:30hrs

27 November 2011
Turkmenistan vs Kyrgyzstan, at 11:30hrs
Tajikistan vs Maldives, at 14:30hrs.

All the matches will be held at the Ashgabat Sport Complex, Turkmenistan.

The four nations are in the sole group in South and Central Zone of the qualifiers of the championship whose competition proper will be held from 12 to 22 May 2012 in Dubai, UAE. The other three Zones have two groups each.

The top three teams from each of the four zones will qualify for the 16-nation tournament proper along with three direct entrants – defending champions Iran, runners-up Uzbekistan and third-placed Japan – and hosts UAE.
