Former president of the Union of Futsal clubs in Serbia and head coach of futsal club Kolubara Lazarevac, Dejan Djedovic, has recently signed a contract with the new lebanese premier league team AUST-Beirut.

"The club is being represented by one of the biggest institutes in Lebanon, the American University of Science and technology (AUST). All the players are students there. When i came here i met former international Abas Fadllah and one of currently best lebanese players, Ramy el Ladki, along with a lot of players we'll hear about in future times". told Djedovic.

The lebanese league will start on August 20th and club management ambitions are to compete and end the season in the top 4 group.

The first half of preparation for the new season was held in Beirut, while for the second part the team will move to train in Cyprus. Also, AUST Beirut is looking for a player from abroad to improve their roster.
