THE new season will kick off on August 8 with the usual round of friendlies night. Then there will be a break on August 15 (plus the 16th and 18th) as the UEFA Futsal Cup will be staged in Bell’s Sports Centre, with the Perth Saltires. This would be an opportunity for a number of teams who haven't seen or been involved in UEFA matches to come down and watch.

It may help develop your own team seeing the game played a different way.

The league will kick off on Monday, August 22. At the moment the league are on the lookout for new teams. Anyone interested in joining the league should contact Steve via email stevenmclean@hotmail.com or mobile 07736 952 999 (after 6pm).

Fixtures for Monday, August 8 – each game is 25mins long:

6.20pm – Boca Rebels v Troy Quinn (New Team); 6.50 – Boca Rebels v Live Active; 7.20 – Troy Quin v Live Active; 7.50 – Bayern Neverlusen v Borussia Celts; 8.20 – Perth Saltires v Borussia Celts; 8.50 – Cherrybank v Bayern Neverlusen; 9.20 – Perth Saltires v Cherrybank.
