Career: DiMaria's most recent professional indoor experience came with the Steamers of the World Indoor Soccer League (WISL). A talented two-way player, he scored 17 goals in 2000 and recorded 15 points in 2001. Before turning pro, DiMaria earned NSCAA first-team All-American honors at Saint Louis University in 1999. Prior to SLU, he earned second team All-Big East and All-New England honors at the University of Connecticut. DiMaria was a two-time all-state and three-time all-metro selection as a standout at CBC High School in St. Louis. He was selected in the third round (26th overall) of the 2000 Major League Soccer draft by the Colorado Rapids and played in six preseason games.
