Having as main supporter Dr. António Capucho, the Cascais Local Administration President, the II Women Carcavelos Futsal International Tournament/Umbro is going to take place in the next weekend, on September 16 and 17. The competition will be played in the Lombos Sport Complex of Carcavelos, with the special partnerships of the Carcavelos as well as of the Umbro Portugal.

The four teams tournament will count on the presence of the hosting club CRC da Quinta dos Lombos (AF Lisbon runner up), SL Benfica (twice national champion), Encofra Navalcarnero (Spanish Division de Honor runner up) and Femesala Elche (4º Classified in the past edition of the division de honor, national champions 2004/2005)

The tournament draw will take part during the press conference, scheduled for September 14th at 15.00, in the Lombos Sport Complex with the presence of mr. António Capucho and other personalities involved in the tournament organization.

During the press conference, the UMBRO company will introduce its new line for women, that will be the official material used by the CRC Quinta dos Lombos teams "Senior", "Junior" and "Juvenil".

With the aim to promote Women Futsal on a national and international level, the tournament organizing body will provide the World-wide live broadcasting through the web, thanks to the spanish web site Futsala.com, also creating an english language space to follow the tournament course at the following address: Futsalfemininocarcavelos.spaces.live.com.

The presence of high level teams will be a guarantee for great futsal days to come.

O sorteio do Torneio vai ser efectuado durante a conferência de imprensa de apresentação do mesmo, a realizar no dia 14 de Setembro, quinta-feira, pelas 15h no Pavilhão Desportivo dos Lombos e com a presença do patrono, o Dr. António Capucho e demais entidades ligadas à organização do Torneio .

Durante a conferência de imprensa, serão apresentados os equipamentos UMBRO de corte feminino e com um tecido especial e inovador que irão equipar todas as três equipas femininas do CRC da Quinta dos Lombos, Seniores, Juniores e Juvenis.

Com o objectivo de divulgar o Futsal Feminino a nível nacional e mundial, a organização do Torneio vai proporcionar a difusão Mundial em Directo pela Internet através do site Espanhol Futsala.com com o endereço: http://www.futsala.com/ e criou um espaço na Web em Inglês com o endereço: http://futsalfemininocarcavelos.spaces.live.com onde disponibiliza informações sobre o Torneio.
