Interesting news from Portugal: the first ever edition of the All Star Game of national futsal will be played on July 2nd. All the best representatives of Portuguese First Division will offer a great spectacle in Santo Tirso, a city in the north of the state.

The All Star Game will be played in the Pavilhão Municipal between two selections coming from the South and North zone of Portugal.

Another interesting thing is that players (10 for each team) and coaches who will take part in the event will be chosen by futsal fans, through the web site futsal.com and a national magazine.

Together with the All Star Game there will be another debut, characterized by the first edition of the "Futsal.com Awards", that will celebrate the best representatives of Portuguese Futsal during the season 2004/2005.
