The company DeKriMa d.o.o. in cooperation with the San Martins Goriška brda Futsal Club organises an international sports holiday which will be held from Friday, 27 May 2016, to Sunday, 29 May 2016, on the field in Dobrovo (next to the elementary school), Municipality of Brda, SLOVENIA. The activities will include the 5-a-side futsal tournament, which will take place on an asphalt covered field from Friday 27 May 2016 to Saturday 28 May 2016. A maximum of 24 teams can play in the futsal tournament.


RULES:

Matches will be played '5-a-side' according to the FIFA futsal rules and the additional rules of the organiser,
with a low-rebound ball, size 4.
Matches will be played at one's own risk!

First, preliminary matches will be played in groups (each team is guaranteed at least two matches), and the best teams will advance to the play-offs, where the matches are decided by direct elimination.

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the competition system.

Each team can have a maximum of 10 players. The team must complete a list of all players who will participate in the tournament. This must be done before the beginning of the first match by the team. The list to register players can be obtained at www.brda-cup.si or on arrival at the tournament. The completed list of players can be sent by e-mail to dekrima@siol.net and can be supplemented before the beginning of the first match by the team.

All teams will receive detailed rules on arrival at the tournament, and the rules will also be published at www.brda-cup.si and www.facebook.com/dekrima.brda.cup/.


TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE:

The entry fee for participation in the international futsal tournament amounts to:
1. EUR 60.00 up to and including Friday, 29 April 2016. The entry fee needs be paid up to and including Friday, 29 April 2015. (Payment can only be made to the bank account.)
2. EUR 70.00 from 30 April 2016 onwards.

The entry fee can be paid to the organiser's bank account or on the day of the draw or the tournament.

IMPORTANT: If the team does not take part in the tournament, the entry fee will not be refunded!


TOURNAMENT ENTRY DEADLINE:

Teams can register for the futsal tournament no later than Sunday, 22 May 2016. No entries will be accepted after this date.


TEAM DRAW:

The draw will be held on Monday, 23 May 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Martin hotel, Šmartno 11, 5211 Kojsko, Slovenia (http://www.sanmartin.si/). All representatives of the teams, sponsors, donors and sport enthusiasts are invited to the draw.


THE PRIZE FUND amounts to EUR 3,000.00 and is divided as follows:

The prize fund of EUR 2,850.00, trophies, practical prizes for four best teams:
1st place: EUR 1,500.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
2nd place: EUR 800.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
3rd place: EUR 450.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
4th place: EUR 100.00 + trophy + practical prizes.

The prize fund of EUR 150.00, trophies, practical prizes for best players:
BEST PLAYER: EUR 50.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
TOP SCORER: EUR 50.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
BEST GOALKEEPER: EUR 50.00 + trophy + practical prizes.
