The society Planet Sport,which brags with seven years experience in the the field of 5 a side soccer,has organized the sixth edition of “ PLANET SPORT TOURNAMENT “ reserved exclusivly for 5 a side female soccer teams.Even though throughout the years this sport has been positively elaborated in Italy but there are still,unfortunately,few events that bring out this sport,and even though some events have been arranged they have not fully succeeded or have not been organized to the perfection.This manifestation,which is of great sporting importance,has the aim of bringing together tecnical caratteristics from different parts of Italy and to share different talents and sporting maturity in this game.The Society Planet Sport has participated to varies Italian and International tournements,and our excessive maturity in this game has pushed us as Society to organize our personal tournement.This manifestation has the task to involve 250 athletes,80 dirigents and leaders which involves the whole of Italy and foreign countries.There are 20 sports’ organizers (that have to organize more than 80 matches) which are the referees,doctors’ and other organizers.They shall live with us 6 days of magic sharing with us this manifestation of pure,clean sport.We have chosen “Specchia” as the ideal place to present this manifestation as it has the best natural social expression for such an event.The region of Puglia,the province of Lecce and the Municipality,has once again answered warmly and positively to our request to realize this sporting event.The PLANET TOURNEMENT shall be welcomed with great participation by everyone and everything will be organized in a way to involve the most number of people.Soccer matches from the afternoon to the evening,visits around the coast,lunch at sea-side,evening barbecues on the beach,shopping in the storical centres,boat rides,discotheque in the open,cabaret,karaoke and many more fun will make your stay a pleasant one.There will be no better thing than to join a sporting occasion to a pleasant holiday.We offer you both.Perfect accomodation and organization shall be the winning factors.We are sure that this sixth edition of the PLANET SPORT TOURNEMENT shall remain in the heart’s of everyone as a great sporting experience and a happy holiday,therefore Planet Sport gives a warm welcome to all participants and we are already working on the seventh edition.

PROGRAM
• The Tournement is open to n° 28 teams
• Each team may have the maximum of n° 15 players
• Each team must have at least n° 5 dirigents/leaders
• The Tournement shall be held from 20 June 2003 to 26 June 2003
• The fees payed for the Tournement includes a medical insurance for each athlete participating
• The travel costs are to be held by each individual team (it is possible to contact our Organization for travelling tickets)
• The arrival of the participants/teams is estimated for the 20th June in the afternoon.To await on each shall be a cocktail welcoming
• At the end of the check-in each team shall be invited to participate to the encounter in the congress hall at 19.30 pm on the same day,in this encounter besides the greetings,each team will receive the program for the days to come.
• The treatment we chose for your stay is complete (from supper on the 20th of June to lunch on the 26th of June) and unless changed,the restaurant will respect the following hours : Lunch from 13.00 to 14.30 pm,Supper from 20.00 to 22.30 pm.Any particular seating requests shall be made beforehand.
• The meals shall have a fixed menu and will include a first serving,a second serving,fruit or dessert.Natural or mineral water.
• Breakfast shall be served as buffet everyday,and unless changed,the hours are as follows :Breakfast from 7.45 to 10.00 am.
• Every morning,until your stay,the girls may participate to the following activities :
- Sporting activity and animation in swimming pool area.
- Shopping or guided visits to different places on the territory “Salentino”
• For better organization we request that the teams communicate,before 21.00 pm,every evening which kind of activity they would like to take part to the next morning
• Everyday from 16.00 to 20.00/21.00 pm the girls shall be busy with practice or matches.
• Every evening there shall be different activities to participate to in the swimming pool area or in case of rain where most comfortable.The activities include disco,cabaret,evenings of the “pizzica salentina”,watermelon party,surprise parties and much more..
• The participants shall be informed daily of the evening program through announcments that shall be put up in the restaurant and reception area.
• The fee to be paid per participant is of € 37,00 (thirty seven) a day.Any extra fee that has not been mentioned in this program is to be paid by participant.
• The reservation shall be valid only after the reception of the above mentioned deposit fee
