PROGRAM:

5 June: Arrival of all teams at Venezia Airport. Bus transfer to Nova Goriza by luxury tourist bus (see transports);
Accomodation in 4 star Hotels, located in the centre of Nova Goriza: “La Perla”, “Park” and “Sabotin” Hotels – entrance fee payment;
H. 21:00 Captains’ Meeting at “La Perla” Hotel for tournament groups assignment;
Dinner at the Hotel of belonging.

6 June: Breakfast at the hotel
H 08:00 departure for the stadium: walking distance from “Perla” and “Park” hotels is 5 minutes – by shuttle from “Sabotin” hotel (5 minutes)
H 09:00 starting of games. Catering service of snacks and drinks during the games;
H 16:00 approx, end of games and return to the hotels: a shuttle is available for those staying at the “Sabotin” hotel;
H 19:00-23:00 dinner at the hotel of belonging.
Shows and concerts at the Arena c/o “La Perla” hotel and free entrance to the discoteque “Captain Hook’s Club”.

7 June: Same progam as the previous day, with tournament Finals;
H 19:00 dinner at the hotel of belonging;
H 21:00 Awarding ceremony at “La Perla” hotel (clockwork precision, max punctuality is required);
Musis and folkloric entertainment.

8 June: Breakfast at the hotel of belonging;
Departure for Venice Airport.


RULES

- The tournament will take place at Nova Goriza Stadium on 4 pitches of artificial grass.
- To prevent injuries, the use of Football boots with aluminium studs is not allowed.
- Each game will last 30 minutes (two half times, 15' each).
- Throw-in must be kicked holding the ball still on line and while standing on the outer side of the line.
- Any goal scored directly from throw-in is not valid.
- A goal scored directly from corners will be considered valid.
- During free-kicks defenders must maintain a distance of 5 meters.
- Throw-ins, Corners and Free-kicks must be kicked within 4 seconds.
- The goal-keeper can throw the ball over the middle line. After the throw-in, it is possible to play the ball with feet, unless it has crossed the middle line or it is touched by an opponent.
- The Referee will punish players for misconduct with yellow cards. A Red card will follow two yellow cards and will exclude the player from the game for 3 minutes, or until the opposing team scores a goal.

In order to simplify procedures, all teams are required to pay the balance of the entrance fees upon arrival at the hotel, before check-in.


TRANSPORTATION

Partecipant Pick-up is from Venice Airport on the 5th of June2003. Transfer to Nova Goriza by Luxury Tourist Bus. Exact departure time will be fixed according to the teams arrivals, teams coordinator will be directly informed about bus departure time. Running time from Venice to the hotels is 1 hour and 15 minutes. On departure day 8th June 2003, teams will be transferred to Venice Airport by Bus, only in the morning and the exact time will be defined depending on the first flight take off. Please be advised that transfers from/to the Airport on a different day than those fixed for the tournament, is at your own care. We are at your disposal for any information you may need.
